A “dangerous” rapist who attacked a vulnerable teenage girl and told her she “shouldn’t run away because he had one leg” has been jailed.
Mohammed Farah met his 15-year-old victim, with whom he had a mutual friend, in Stratford, east London, on October 2 last year.
The teenager, who told police she knew her attacker as “Mo”, asked the 38-year-old to stop when he began touching her as the pair talked and drank beer together in a secluded square.
Farah, of Hurstbourne Gardens, Barking, said he wouldn’t do anything more but told his victim, who cannot be named, not to run away “as he only had one leg”, Southwark crown court heard.
He then raped the girl and threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the attack.
