    The Vietnamese Police in the Vietnamese city of Danang had their (Virtnamese or Chinese ?) contractor installed their Audio Public Address System to broadcast their messages and propanda in various Districts of that city. Many times during the period with hightened tension between Vietnam and China (about 2014, regarding Chinese oil drilling in Vietnamese water) the system spontaneously (?) broadcasted some messages in Chinese. Vietnamese people could not understand the messages. The owner of the PA system (the Police) denied the event has never happened. It could have been a botnet releasing a prematured attack.

      Thanks. Maybe we will know who Huawei bribed to get the order, in 6 mounths from now.

      Agreed. People also spend other people`s money much more carelessly.
