‘Consent’ sexual education classes to be given to schoolchildren aged as young as four

BBC research shows there have been nearly 30,000 reports of children sexually abusing other youngsters.

The figures take into account a four-year-long period.

Education Secretary, Damian Hinds, said: “It’s vital that every child knows about their rights and that nothing should happen to them without their consent.
