National Socialist Behind “Racist Robocalls” Faces $12.9M Fine from FCC

The Federal Communications Commission said Scott Rhodes, who now lives in Montana, made robocalls that “targeted specific communities with the intent to cause harm” in 2018, the Guardian reported.

In Virginia, he sought to influence jurors in the trial of James Fields, who was convicted of murdering Heather Heyer after the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

And in Georgia, racist and antisemitic calls pretended to come from Oprah Winfrey.

    …better than the robocalls from Rando Srant Eyes telling me I owe them money I usually get. (Who you? I no eat bat soup.)

    Or the odd one claiming I have rebate money to claim. (Rebate in what?)

    Or the one where an Injun tells me my warranty has expired. (What warranty? Show a little agency, there bub.)
