A 45-year-old Polish national, has been remanded in custody for four weeks at a closed constitutional hearing at the Court in Sønderborg, charged with extensive theft of equipment from a construction site on Zealand [Denmark].
The 45-year-old was arrested in Poland and was handed over to The Danish Immigration Service West (UKA Vest) by the South Jutland Police on the basis of a European arrest warrant.
The stolen goods, which represent a value of 685,000 kroner, have been handed over by German police who have seized the items.
