Two men, aged 32 and 39, both Syrian nationals, were sentenced at a trial court at Sønderborg court to six years in prison for smuggling 310 grams of cocaine and 3.3 kilograms of MDMA.
The incident took place on 27 October 2015. On August 30, 2019, at Frøslev Border Crossing, customs officers found 310 grams of cocaine and 3.3 kilos of MDMA hidden in an Austrian car. Two Syrian men were arrested in the case and subsequently convicted.
