The threat of wearing a mask is it covers up your identity. When both the honest/decent folks and criminals are covered up it’ll mask folks true intentions usually shown on their faces and the good and criminal will be lumped together. Crimes will be harder to narrow down if everyones wearing a mask hiding their true identity.

You are absolutely right. I read somewhere, that robbery and killing are going up in “jogger” infested areas.
