Winston Glynn, 30, was formally arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court for the killing of 19-year-old Kristal Bayron-Nieves. The teen was shot to death while working her shift at the Burger King located on the corner of East 116th Street and Lexington Avenue.
On January 9, Glynn reportedly walked into the fast food restaurant, assaulted a customer, as well as the store manager and robbed Bayron-Nieves at gunpoint. After handing over the money from the register, she was shot.
Bayron-Nieves was taken to Metropolitan Hospital, where she was soon pronounced dead.
He got away with $100.
The Jamaican national has a long criminal record and has been arrested at least four times in the ‘sanctuary’ city of New York. His last arrest appears to have taken place in 2020, when he was charged with several counts of assault and weapons charges.
When criminals, mostly non-whites are released from prison, they continue their evil practices. It is in their blood.

You are absolutely right. And the people that keep them out of prison knows that, too.
