U.S. Border Patrol agents working out of the Tucson Sector, apprehended Faustino Guzman-Fabian, 37, after he crossed into this country illegally.
During processing, a records check revealed that the illegal alien is a registered sex offender for life in this country.
Faustino Guzman-Fabian, a Mexican citizen, was convicted of taking indecent liberties with children in North Carolina.
