The anti-Whites will call demographic replacement of White people for “White genocide conspiracy theory”, but the pan-European nationalists, the counter-Jihad movement, etc. are not much better.
Demographic replacement is a replacement regardless of race and/or nationality.
Danes were replaced by Germans and lost Holsten and Sydslesvig!
The replacement of Danes in Sydslesvig and Holsten is a good example of demographic replacement between to friendly nationalities of the same race (Germanic race).
What the pan-European nationalists, the counter-Jihad movement, etc. can not or will not understand is, that Germanic people all over the World are being demographic replaced by the other races. Thanks to the anti-White’s subversion and the success of Germanic people, which is envied by all the other races and a great source of jealoucy and hatred against the Germanic race!
The Husum Red Pied (German: Rotbuntes Husumer) is a rare breed of domestic pig with the nickname Danish Protest pig (German: Husumer Protestschwein and Danish: Husum protestsvin or danske protestsvin). It originates from North Frisia in Southern Schleswig in the beginning of the 20th century, when Danes living in the area under Prussian rule were prohibited from raising the Danish flag and displayed the Protest Pig instead. Due to its red color, its broad white vertical belt, and a trace of a white horizontal belt resembling the colors of the flag of Denmark, it was made a symbol of their cultural identity.
The breed grows to a height of about 92 cm (36 in) and weighs up to 350 kg. It was probably created out of Holsteinian and Jutlandian marsh pigs, the English Tamworth pig, and red variants of the Angeln Saddleback. It was recognized as a breed in 1954, but after a last birth in 1968, the breed was considered extinct.
Only in 1984 were pigs fully corresponding to the descriptions of the breed seen again. Associations of breeders continue to breed it and to register existing pigs of this breed. Breeding populations exist in the Berlin Zoological Garden, the Hanover Zoo, the Tierpark Arche Warder near Kiel, in the ZOOM Erlebniswelt Gelsenkirchen, in Dalmsdorf (Mecklenburg), Hof Lütjensee, and on the Archehof Blumencron. The Dortmund Zoo and the Tierpark Krüzen house small populations too. At the moment, around 140 specimens are alive worldwide. The German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein supports preservation of the breed for its cultural value.
I sometimes get get tired of training. It’s usually when I train a pre-planned fullbody program on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The worse part seem to be the days I don’t train, it just makes me even more lazy and unmotivated. So what I usually do is, that I double down and start training daily. I might drop the program I was doing, continue parts of it or break it in half from 3 days to 6 day (3 days work spread over 6 days).
I enjoy doing pressing movements like Military Presses, Push Presses, Incline Benchpress, Close Grip Benchpress and especially regularly paused Benchpress 4 to 7 days a week, Squat 2 or 3 days a week, Power Cleans (good as warm up for Deadlift) 1 or 2 days a week and Deadlift 1 day a week (maybe 2, but then 1 “heavy” day and 1 “light” day).
if I do some sort of Benchpress about every day, I usually have some goal for the week. It could be a heavy Monday where I add 2,5 kg (5 pounds) every Monday and then more or less do what I feel like accordingly the rest of the week.
Example:
Monday. Working up to 1 heavy set of 1-5 reps. add 2,5 kg each week for 4-6 weeks (so start accordingly). Plus Squat.
Tuesday. Incline Benchpress 3 sets of 5 reps. Plus Military Presses 3 sets of 5 reps. (light/medium).
Wednesday. Benchpress 5 sets of 2 or 3 reps. (about 80%). Plus Deadlift and back work (Power Cleans, Rows, Pullups, etc.).
Thursday. Close Grip Benchpress 3 to 5 sets of 5 reps. (light/medium).
Friday. Benchpress 5 sets of 2 or 3 reps. depending on next Monday’s weight, the first few weeks maybe 80% and 70% when Mondays get very heavy. Plus Squat and Military Presses (medium/heavy).
Saturday. Normal or Incline Benchpress 5 sets of 2 reps. (light/medium). Plus a little back work and maybe some Biceps Curls.
In the 1960s, a scientist named John Calhoun created a “mouse utopia” where populations of mice would enjoy everything they needed, essentially without effort: Unlimited food, water, living space, population growth without predators and so on. It started with eight mice, who began to reproduce quickly, enjoying their newfound “utopia” with unlimited resources. Within 4 years, however, the population had become extinct through self-annihilation even though all the resources it needed for survival were readily available, including ample space to live.
What happened to Calhoun’s mice? He repeated the experiment multiple times using mice and rats. Each time the outcome was the same: Extinction within 1588 days. (Populations began to collapse at around 560 days, for reasons discussed below.)
I discuss why the West is talking about peace negotiations when it looks totally unrealistic, and the balancing act that Zelensky has to perform between signalling opposite things to Russia and the West.
The Washington Post, New York Times, and New York Post all posted articles last week promoting and praising a controversial new play that is sympathetic to pedophiles.
Premiering recently at Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theater and now running at New York City’s Playwrights Horizons, playwright Bruce Norris’ latest work is called Downstate.
Downstate focuses on the lives of convicted pedophiles and sex offenders boarding together in a group home.
Contemporary social development is not only puzzling, it is also frightening, in several ways. We have a climate threat narrative that has escalated from quite quietly 30 years ago to media horror propaganda today. At no time during these thirty years has the media done any thorough examination of the IPCC and the climate threat.
With the support the environmental movement imagined for the climate threat, or actually felt from the media and those in power, they have gone ahead with dreams and propos of confiscation of private land, entirely in the spirit of functional socialism. They have thereby become part of the problem with the food supply in the world. They are by no means part of the solution. Their work has also had a negative impact on the environment in several respects.
The abolition of motoring is one thing that these deranged minds have on the agenda. People should walk, cycle or take public transport. But they should not be allowed to eat meat, which is considered harmful to the environment and climate. So a pseudo-debate has arisen whether it is wrong or right to accept carnivores if they ride bikes.
After the Second World War, we have had both labor immigration and refugees. Sweden even changed its constitution in the 70s, to open up to more. In real terms, however, the annual numbers have been low on average until a bit into this century. After the war on terror began with the attack on Iraq and later also Libya, the migrant flows have been large and continue to be so. Our authorities seem to make crazy decisions to write on our noses, decent people are deported while criminals and Islamists are allowed to stay.
Some of the most amazing stories from WW2 are about the people who worked behind the scenes. The epic flight of Erich Sommer on 2nd August 1944 was just a story, and it put him in the history books. Flying the first ever jet power reconnaissance mission, he would photograph the Normandy front and bring back 380 precious photographs for German high command.
Warning: You will see the true nature of Africans!
Africa Addio (also known as Africa: Blood and Guts in the United States and Farewell Africa in the United Kingdom) is a 1966 Italian mondodocumentary film co-directed, co-edited and co-written by Gualtiero Jacopetti and Franco Prosperi with music by Riz Ortolani. Jacopetti and Prosperi had gained fame (along with co-director Paolo Cavara) as the directors of Mondo Cane in 1962.
Africa Addio documents the end of the colonial era in Africa, and the violence and chaos that followed. The film was a huge success, which ensured the viability of the so-called “Mondo film” genre, a cycle of “shockumentaries”- documentaries featuring sensational topics. The film encountered criticism and praise due to its controversial content, but is nevertheless considered to be a very important film in the history of documentary filmmaking.
